The Sports Video Group, the nation’s leading sports technology association, has announced its strategic support for the Collegiate Sports Video Association 2007 Conference, scheduled for San Diego, California, May 16-17, 2007.
The College Sports Video Association (CSVA), the nation’s leading organization for sports video coordinators, produces an Annual Conference for its membership represents video coordinators from all Division I, II, and III colleges and universities. Its Annual Conference, now entering its 13th successful year, provides an opportunity for CSVA members to meet face-to-face and discuss better ways to use digital video technology to improve on-the-field performance and generate new revenues for their athletic departments.
”The CSVA Annual Conference is the preeminent networking event of the year for collegiate video professionals and their technology partners,” explains CSVA President and Director of Video Operations for Football at the University of Virginia, Luke Goldstein. “We are proud to be associated with SVG and look forward to their expert support in expanding the reach of our membership and the participation of the leading providers of video, audio and broadband technologies.”
As part of its support for next year’s CSVA Annual Conference, SVG will provide enhanced conference programming and networking opportunities for professional league and broadcast sports video professionals at the event, as well expanded technical training and demonstrations.
“We are proud to support CSVA’s conference activities and look forward to helping them turn the CSVA Annual Conference into the single most important collegiate video networking event of the year,” says SVG Editorial Director Ken Kerschbaumer.
