B2 Networks offering expanded Bulldog Coverage

Networks, a revolutionary broadband broadcasting network, has expanded its

Ferris
State

University athletics
coverage for the 2007-08 season.

The
network, which began offering Bulldog hockey along with men’s and women’s
basketball contests to fans around the world in 2006-07, will now also offer
FSU football and volleyball contests this campaign.

The
football broadcasts will feature video from the team
’
s
videographer and audio from the team
’
s official play-by-play
broadcaster. Bulldog volleyball contests will include official team video along
with audio from the arena’s public address announcer.

wanting to watch

Ferris

State athletics events
via B2 will need a high-speed internet connection and current version of
Windows Media Player. Games are sold on an individual game basis for $6 while
various packages are also available. Events can be accessed through the Ferris
athletics website at http://www.ferris.edu/sports.

Bulldog
fans will be able to watch all home games for the selected sports. In addition,
fans will also be able to catch road games involving other B2 partner schools.
B2 Networks currently has partnerships with six members of the Great Lakes
Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC):
Findlay,
Hillsdale,
Ferris
State,
Wayne

State, Northern Michigan and

Lake Superior
State. Many of Ferris’ away games at B2
partner institutions will also be broadcast live and be available to fans
worldwide.

B2
broadband volleyball service will begin with this Friday’s (Aug. 24) season
opener versus Alaska-Anchorage in the FSU Volleyball Invitational at 1 p.m.
(EDT) and include all home matches throughout the year. The first Bulldog
football game slated to be webcast will be the season opener against

Kentucky
State Saturday, Sept. 1, beginning at 7
p.m. (EDT).
