TNT kicks off regular season with Spurs VS. Blazers

Beginning
at 8 p.m. ET, Tues., October, 30 TNT will televise the San Antonio Spurs’ NBA
Championship Ring Ceremony, followed by the Spurs facing the Portland
Trail Blazers. Marv Albert (play-by-play), Reggie Miller (analyst), Mike
Fratello (analyst) and Cheryl Miller (reporter) will be courtside. Game
two will feature the Houston Rockets visiting the L.A. Lakers at 10:30
p.m. ET. Calling the action will be Kevin Harlan (play-by-play), Doug
Collins (analyst) and Craig Sager (reporter). The night will conclude
with the Emmy award-winning studio show Inside the NBA
with Ernie Johnson, Barkley, Smith and Magic Johnson.

The show
will feature an exclusive interview with NBA Commissioner David Stern
who will be live via satellite from

San
Antonio. The preview show will be
followed by an exclusive opening night doubleheader.
