DIRECTV HD adds channels including 15 sports networks

DIRECTV announced
the addition of even more national HD channels including MTV Networks’ MTV HD,
VH1 HD, Spike HD, Nickelodeon HD, CMT HD, as well as five new HD pay-per-view
channels. Bio HD, a new HD channel, will join the lineup at the end of the
month.
With these
new additions, available to customers today, DIRECTV continues to lead the HD
revolution by delivering significantly more quality national HD channels than
any other television provider in the nation and is well on its way to launch up
to 100 HD channels by the end of the year.
