Patriots/Ravens MNF Game on TSN Peaks at 1.1 Million Viewers

As they
say in sports, records are meant to be broken. It took only four days, but TSN
has set a new NFL audience record. Last night’s Monday Night Football
game featuring undefeated
New England @
Baltimore delivered a national average audience of 687,000 viewers, making it
the most-watched NFL game in TSN history.

Audience
levels peaked at 1,069,000 viewers in the final 18 minutes of the game as the
Patriots, with their perfect season on the line, put the finishing touches on a
last minute come-from-behind victory.

This marks
a nine per cent increase over TSN’s previous NFL audience record, which was set
four days earlier (Nov. 29, 2007) during the

Green Bay @ Dallas game (630,000 viewers).

The
network’s previous high for a Monday Night Football telecast was 564,000
viewers for
Pittsburgh @

Jacksonville on Sept. 18, 2006.
