Joe Meleski new District Sales Manager for Harris

Harris
Corporation, has named Joe Meleski district sales manager for the Mid-Atlantic
region for its Broadcast Communications radio business. The region includes

Delaware,

Maryland,

Washington

D.C.,

Virginia,

West Virginia,

North Carolina, and

South Carolina.

In his new
role, Meleski will represent the entire Harris radio broadcast product line,
including digital and analog transmission solutions, studio systems and
consoles, and Intraplex legacy and IP STL products.

Meleski
previously was with Electronics Research, Inc. (ERI), a leading manufacturer of
FM and TV antenna products. During his 12-year tenure with ERI, Meleski was
directly involved with some of the largest broadcast tower and antenna projects
in

North America. He served as director of the
installations division, with responsibilities ranging from hiring and managing
12- to 14-broadcast tower and antenna construction crews; and overseeing
challenging broadcast installations and project management. He also supported
ERI’s sales force through design recommendations and turnkey project bids.

customers with their equipment upgrades and build-outs of their radio broadcast
operations, and to help maintain Harris Corporation’s position as a leading
provider of radio transmission products,” said Meleski.
