UIF And B2 Networks announce Broadcasting Deal

Indoor Football (UIF) and B2 Networks have entered into a multi-year agreement
to broadcast all regular and post-season games.UIF will also utilize B2
Networks for game video exchange during the 2008 season. “They have the
technology available for our game exchange. We felt it was a smart choice to
use them for both purposes,” says Mike Parnell UIF board member.

Live games
will be aired through the league website www.unitedindoorfootball.com,
www.b2tv.com, as well as every individual UIF team website. Fans wanting to
watch UIF via B2 Networks will need a high-speed Internet connection and a
current version of Microsoft Windows Media Player. Games will be sold on an
individual basis for $7 (

US).

successfully partnering with UIF to broadcast United Bowl III, it is extremely
exciting to announce our new partnership that includes live broadcasts of all
UIF games,” stated Richard Brosal, B2 Networks Executive Vice President
for Business Operations and Marketing. “If the past success of our brief

for the fans who will enjoy watching live UIF action.”
