TSN reveals 2008 Golf Coverage in Canada

TSN announced its 2008 golf coverage. Highlights of the
schedule include all four majors (The Masters, U.S. Open, British Open, PGA
Championship) and the biennial Ryder Cup. TSN will televise The Masters, U.S. Open and PGA
Championship in High Definition on TSN HD, as well as a number of other PGA
TOUR events.

TSN’s coverage gets underway this weekend with the PGA
TOUR’s FBR Open from
Scottsdale,
AZ on February 2 and 3.
Additional PGA TOUR coverage on TSN this season includes weekday action from
the RBC Canadian Open – the second oldest stop on the PGA TOUR and third oldest
championship in the world. The Canadian Open will be played at Glen Abbey
Golf Club in
Oakville, ON, marking the 24th time the tourney will
be contested on this course.

TSN will also have coverage of the 2008 Ryder Cup from
September 19 to 21, featuring the 12 best players from the United States competing against the 12 best
players from Europe in competitive match play
format. Paul Azinger and Nick Faldo will captain the U.S. and European teams, respectively, as the U.S. will try to avenge its lopsided loss to Europe two years ago at the 2006 Ryder Cup. The
event, which is being played this year at the Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville, KY, attracts
some of the biggest names in golf; participants in the 2006 Ryder Cup in
Ireland
included Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Colin Montgomerie and Sergio Garcia.

Golf fans can catch all the latest news and highlights from
around the world of golf daily on SportsCentre, TSN’s flagship news and
information program. TSN.ca will also have coverage of the U.S. Open,
British Open, PGA Championship, Ryder Cup and Grand Slam of Golf available
online.

ESPN Classic will also feature the very best in golf with
vintage rounds of previous
Masters,
U.S. Open,
British Open and PGA Championship tournaments prior to each of the four majors.
