WCSN, JumpTV form online streaming alliance

Two online sports streaming entities, World Championship Sports Network (WCSN) and JumpTV, a have formed an alliance whereby JumpTV will develop and host a completely redesigned Web platform to support WCSN.com.

“Our collaboration with JumpTV will enable us to deliver an incredibly immersive online experience which includes television-quality event streaming along with the user interactivity only the web can provide, said Carlos Silva, president and COO, WCSN. “JumpTV was the only partner who could give us all of the tools, data capture and interactive user experience we wanted.”

JumpTV will provide WCSN with its One Fan Profile end-to-end customer relationship management (CRM) solution that includes a robust set of Web tools, site monetization through an expert team of marketers and established distribution partnerships, as well as across-the-board marketing and client support. The transition to JumpTV will provide a new web backend and user interface for WCSN.

The JumpTV One Fan Profile CRM solution for WCSN includes a customized web publishing platform, a broadband video channel, E-commerce solution including merchandizing, auctions and mobile, and distribution of WCSN content across the web as well as mobile and IPTV devices. Other features include community/social networking capabilities, E-marketing consultation and creative assistance, and corporate training and live, 24/7 support from JumpTV.
