BBC’s Huggers to Deliver IBC2009 Keynote

BBC director of future media and technology Erik Huggers will be the keynote speaker at the IBC2009 conference, to be held Sept. 10-15 at the RAI Centre in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

His keynote will be titled, “Identifying Growth Areas in the Broadcasting Industry,” and Huggers will discuss all facets of electronic media.

Prior to joining BBC, Huggers helped to establish Windows Media in Europe with Microsoft and, prior to that, worked on interactive media at European production company Endemol Entertainment.
