CES 2010: Sharp Debuts QuadPixel Technology on Aquos TV Line

Sharp arrived at CES with a plethora of televisions to present, highlighted by the new Aquos LED LCD TV series featuring QuadPixel technology, which adds yellow to the typical RGB colors used by HDTVs.  The technology allows for more than a trillion colors to be displayed.  The Aquos line boasts a 1.6 inch thin frame and Energy Start Version 4 compliancy.

The LE920 AQUOS LED LCED flagship series (available in 68, 60, and 52-inch screen size) are due out in may with prices yet to be announced. The LE820/810 Series (available in 60, 52, 46, and 40-inch screen size) is expected to debut in March with prices ranging between $1,800 and $4,000.
