Vancouver 2010: Holophone Mics Capture Audio from Opening Ceremonies, Hockey Facility

Holophone products are currently being employed by several networks from around the world for their coverage of the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. The Holophone H2-PRO 7.1 surround mic, Holophone’s flagship product, was utilized for the Opening Ceremonies and is also being used for hockey broadcasts from Canada Hockey Place.

In addition, PortaMic 5.1 surround microphones were used in conjunction with two JVC GR-HD1 cameras to film the Olympic torch’s trek through the small town of Nobleton, Ontario.  Click here to view the torch video.
