NAB Preview: Quantel Promises Announcement of World-First 3D Development

Quantel’s NAB presence will be highlighted by the announcement of a major world-first Stereo3D development. Also on display will be new file-based workflows, Final Cut Pro on Quantel, and new Mission MAM capabilities for its sports-broadcasting-production systems. For postproduction, visitors to the Quantel booth can see new Stereo3D tools, post workflows, and integration choices.

Quantel will also showcase its top product lines: Pablo high-end color-correction and finishing system for HD, 2K, 4K, and Stereo3D; Enterprise sQ integrated server-based production system offering file-based workflows, including Quantel’s totally integrated Final Cut Pro workflow; and Mission integrated, enterprise-wide media-asset management.
