NAB Preview: Sennheiser To Highlight Two New RF Wireless Products

Sennheiser’s two new versions of its popular professional RF wireless products: the EM 3732-II twin rack-mount receiver and SK 5212-II bodypack transmitter, offer wider switching bandwidths and a special mode for more interference-free transmission frequencies, guaranteeing even more reliable and flexible wireless performance for even the most demanding multichannel applications.

The EM 3732-II features an increased overall switching bandwidth of up to 184 MHz. It programs transmitters via IR interface, directly connects to digital mixing consoles and integrates into networks via Ethernet for remote monitoring or control with a PC or Mac. Frequency range: 614-697.9 MHz (N range). It’s also available with a command function (EM 3732 COM-II) and as a single receiver (EM 3731-II).

The SK 5212-II features an increased overall switching bandwidth of up to 184 MHz. It can operate in about 30% more channels than its predecessor, the SK 5212, using the new Low Intermodulation (Lol) Mode within a given frequency window at 10 mW. It can also be operated in standard mode at 10 mW (for longer operating time) or at 50 mW (for increased range). It uses just one AA battery. Frequency range: 614-697.9 MHz (N range).
