Ross Video Taps Cavagnolo for Regional Sales Post, Guerrero as Channel Manager

Ross Video has named Carl Cavagnolo regional sales manager for Metro New York, New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. Cavagnolo will be based in Mount Kisco, NY and report to Kyle Luther, director of sales, U.S. He will be responsible for representing Ross Video and managing sales in the greater New York City area, New Jersey, and Eastern Pennsylvania.
Carl has a proven track record in market development with broadcast technology, and will make a great addition to the US sales team,” says Luther. “Combined with his professionalism and vast sales experience, Carl brings with him a deep understanding of file based workflows, new media content distribution and live production technology.”
Cavagnolo is a broadcast professional with more than 30 years of sales experience. He has worked for JVC Professional Video, Ampex, Thomson Grass Valley, Avid Technology and, prior to joining Ross, Digital Rapids as director of Broadcast and Enterprise Solutions for the U.S.
Ross Adds Guerrero as Channel Manager
In other Ross Video hiring news, the company has appointed Joseph Guerrero as Channel Manager for the USA. Guerrero will be based in Warwick, NY and report to Kyle Luther, Director of Sales – USA. In his new role, he will be responsible for representing Ross Video and building and maintaining relationships with Ross’ Channel Partners in the USA.
“Joe’s enthusiasm, professionalism and demonstrated experience with Channel distribution is an asset to Ross Video,” says Kyle Luther, Director of Sales – USA. “Joe will work closely with our existing US business partners, optimizing sales channel performance by promoting and educating on the merits of Ross Video and our products, as well as identifying and appointing new partners.”
Guerrero joins Ross Video after 25 years in the industry and various sales positions at Sony Broadcast & Business Solutions Company. Prior to joining Ross, he held the position of National Reseller Channel Manager – Strategic Sales Planning Manager.
