Industry Veteran Bedoya To Lead Sales Efforts for FUJIFILM Optical Devices Division in Latin America, Mexico, and Caribbean

FUJIFILM North America Corporation, Optical Devices Division announced that Adriano Bedoya has been named Director of Sales and Marketing for Latin America, Mexico, and the Caribbean. In his new role, Bedoya is responsible for all aspects of sales in those regions. Bedoya will report directly to Vice President of Broadcasting and Communications, Gordon Tubbs.

“Adriano has been a key figure in the Latin American market for many years,” said Toshihiko Tanaka, division president. “I’m extremely confident he’ll be a great asset to our team. He knows the region well and is highly respected by our clientele in the area. The combination of Adriano and Mario Rodriguez both working in this region doubles our efforts and strengthens our presence considerably.”

“We have a lot of potential to experience growth in the Latin American broadcast and digital cinema space in the immediate future,” Tanaka continued. “Adriano’s experience implementing international sales and marketing strategies will help us capitalize on those opportunities.”

Bedoya has over 20 years of sales experience in the region. He started his new position with FUJIFILM Optical Devices Division on Sept. 1. He is based out of Weston, FL.

“The Optical Devices Division is known for its tradition of tremendous research and development in FUJINON digital cinema and broadcast optics,” said Bedoya. “I’m looking forward to working with such an established team and applying my talents to ensure the company’s continued success in this exciting region.”
