WatchESPN Launches on Android Devices for Xfinity TV Customers

Comcast’s Xfinity TV customers, who subscribe to ESPN’s networks, can now stream live events and coverage on Android devices through WatchESPN, currently available in the Google Play store. WatchESPN is also available on iOS devices as well as online via WatchESPN.com.

Launched in April 2011, WatchESPN delivers live access to ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPN3 and ESPN Buzzer Beater/Goal Line on PCs, smartphones and tablets to fans who receive ESPN’s linear networks as part of their video subscription from Time Warner Cable, Bright House Networks, Verizon FiOS TV or Comcast Xfinity TV. The app has been downloaded over 10.7 million times since its launch and is steadily growing.
