ACC Digital Network Announces Distribution Partnership with NDN

The ACC Digital Network (ACCDN) significantly increased its reach in a distribution partnership with NDN, the fourth largest video property in the U.S.

ACCACCDN’s coverage of Atlantic Coast Conference sports and highlights will now be syndicated by NDN and made available to its 50.5 million unique viewers, who consume more than 600 million videos every month online across desktop, mobile and tablet devices.

The ACCDN is the ACC’s official video network platform. The ACCDN continues to expand its audience reach as the Conference itself expands.  The ACC’s 15 member schools currently make up the largest geographic footprint of any major sports conference. Experts estimate that by 2030, more than 50% of the U.S. population will be in the ACC footprint.

“With the addition of Notre Dame, Syracuse, Pitt, and Louisville this summer; the ACC continues to add schools with very significant fan bases throughout the nation,” says Matt Carstens, EVP and GM of the ACCDN. “A partnership with a premium online video provider like NDN gives us the opportunity to accelerate our mission of serving fans of ACC schools whenever and wherever they want to watch highlights.”

“We’re excited to bring ACC’s content to our 4,500 publisher partners, adding to our all-star lineup of premium sports providers,” says Jason Jedlinski, NDN’s SVP of Marketplace Development. “Local publishers will gain great, competitive highlights and ACCDN will enjoy broad, monetized reach into new markets.”
