London Post House Enhances Workflow with Quantel Pablo Rio

Leading London picture post house, The Look, has purchased a Quantel Pablo Rio high-quality color correction and finishing system to enhance its postproduction workflow. The Pablo Rio will operate alongside The Look’s two existing Quantel Pablo systems and Neo control panel, allowing creative projects to be shared across all three systems for maximum productivity.

The Look is renowned for its work on leading British dramas including BAFTA-winning Last Tango in Halifax and The Fades. Recently the facility has worked on dramas including Top Boy, Quirke, and Whitechapel, as well as two BFI funded feature films, commercials for Audi and Renault and sponsorship work for BSkyB.

The Look’s Owner and Senior Colorist, Thomas Urbye, said, “The addition of Pablo Rio 4K is going to make a huge difference to all our clients and our workflow.
