2015 DTVAG Seminar in Las Vegas

Object Audio at Work in Immersive and Mobile Applications, Disruptive Trends in Audio Production and Distribution
Sunday, April 12
Alexis Park Hotel in Las Vegas

The DTV Audio Group, in association with the Sports Video Group, invites you to attend the 2015 DTV Audio Production and Distribution Seminar at NAB. The seminar will be held from 1pm to 6 pm on Sunday, April 12, 2015, and will take place at the Alexis Park Hotel at 375 East Harmon Avenue in Las Vegas.

This year’s seminar reflects the rapid migration of object audio technology out of the lab and into consumer devices. We will take a firsthand look at how production and distribution of next-generation immersive audio content for premium services is currently being deployed on a network scale, as well as getting an early look at practical implementation of object driven interactivity for mobile. We will continue to examine the transition to infrastructure virtualization over IP networks and will discuss the long term implication of audio production “in-sourcing” of remote operations from the field back into the plant.
