CommunicAsia2015: ScheduALL Presents End-to-End Resource Provisioning

ScheduALL, a global provider of Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) solutions for media, broadcast and transmission businesses since 1989, will showcase their award-winning self-provisioning scheduling solution, ScheduALL Portal at CommunicAsia2015 in Singapore. In addition, ScheduALL will demonstrate their end-to-end provisioning tools, ScheduALL Connector and ScheduALL Chorus.
Portal simplifies the complex process of booking Occasional Use transmission feeds. Utilizing a browser-based, user-friendly wizard for selling transmission feeds, Portal allows users to quickly make transmission bookings in real-time, directly into a transmission provider’s system-all without requiring in-depth network expertise. Meanwhile, behind the scenes Portal leverages all of the  power and complexity of ScheduALL’s resource scheduling and conflict resolution. In addition to the industry acclaim received since coming to market, Portal was just awarded TV Technology’s prestigious Best of Show Award at the recent 2015 NAB Show.

Like Portal, Connector is a powerful self-provisioning platform, and brings together ScheduALL’s large global population of users across more than 50 countries using ScheduALL to manage their resource inventory. Connector provides a direct link between resource providers and their customers, uniting ScheduALL systems across global business partners.

Chorus is ScheduALL’s interoperability platform, which leverages advanced technology for an enterprise’s disparate business systems to fluidly and effectively communicate. From ingest to playout, Chorus exchanges the information needed to streamline and advance projects, workflows, reporting and other key capabilities.

“CommunicAsia attendees are going to be captivated by the simplicity and efficiency of our end-to-end solutions,” says Rick Legow, president at ScheduALL. “The power of Portal, Connector and Chorus provides a one-stop, comprehensive package with multiple levels of functionality and integration. Our goal at ScheduALL is to solve multifaceted needs by simplifying the complex for the media and broadcast industry.”

These self-provisioning and interoperability solutions eliminate tedious emails, phone calls and spreadsheets, and automate time consuming manual processes, while providing visibility and intelligent control to streamline the entire end-to-end process from booking to distribution. Transmission providers and their customers have a centralized view of a global resource network, increasing revenue through maximized utilization.
