Leader Expands Channel Partner Programme in France, Spain and Switzerland

Leader Electronics Corporation has expanded its sales and support representation with the appointment of three new channel partners on the European mainland. They follow the recent appointment of D+P Multimedia Products Ltd in Ireland as channel partner for Ireland plus Big Pic Media Limited, Boxer Systems Limited and Thameside in Britain. The three new Leader channel partners are AVC-Systems AG (based in Einsiedeln, Switzerland), Unitecnic (Barcelona, Spain), and VideoPlus (Saint-Ouen, France).

Existing and potential customers throughout Europe now have greater than ever opportunity to work with specialist suppliers offering local sales and support. All three companies have access to the full Leader product line which includes the LV5490 4K waveform monitor and LV7390 4K-upgradeable rasterizer, Leader LV5770A and LV5333 3G/HD/SD-SDI waveform monitors, LV5381 four-input HD/SD-SDI waveform monitor and the LV7770 multi-SDI and LV7330 rasterizers.”

Based in Einsiedeln in the Swiss canton of Schwyz, AVC-Systems is run by a nine-strong team including CEO Rafael Kälin, CTO Thorstein Breuer and systems architect Andy Heiniger. AVC-Systems provides a wide range of services including broadcast system design, product sales and support, and equipment hire.

A Mediapro Group company, Unitecnic operates from premises in Barcelona. The company has a broad range of skills related to project management and product sales for the broadcast, theatrical and wider corporate markets. Managing director is Jordi Pallella.

VideoPlus is located in the Saint-Denis department of Paris. The company’s focus is on providing systems, equipment and consumables for broadcast-quality video and audio production, and post-production. Managing director is Yvan Leverge.
