FloSports To Stream Three Mountain West Conference Championships

The Mountain West is partnering with FloSports to bring live and on-demand coverage of three MW Championships to fans worldwide via FloSports’ sport-specific subscription channels: the 2018 Women’s Swimming & Diving Championships (Feb. 14-17 in San Antonio) on FloSwimming.com, as well as the 2018 Men’s & Women’s Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 22-24 in Albuquerque) and the 2018 Men’s & Women’s Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 9-12 in Fresno) on FloTrack.com.

Based in Austin, Texas, FloSports operates a network of 20+ sites, producing live broadcasts, original documentaries, breaking news, studio shows and more. There is free and premium content, which is accessible via monthly ($30 per month) or annual ($150 per year) PRO subscriptions. Both monthly and annual subscriptions provide access to premium content across every site.

“We are continually exploring new and different ways to deliver live content to fans of the Mountain West while expanding the profile and visibility of our member institutions,” says MW Deputy Commissioner Bret Gilliland.  “This new partnership with FloSports is another exciting step forward, particularly given the audience base FloSports has built through its sport-specific vertical platforms in swimming & diving and track & field.”

Fans will be able to watch live coverage from the three MW Championships through either PRO subscription. Fans can download the FloSports app on iOS, Roku and Apple TV 4 to watch on all screens.

“We look forward to showcasing some of the top student-athletes in the nation to our worldwide communities in track & field and swimming & diving,” FloSports SVP Global Rights Acquisition & Subscription Phil Wendler says.  “Expanding our partnership with the Mountain West will bring significant additions to our winter and spring programming.”

Earlier this year, FloSports streamed the NCAA Division I, Division II and Division III Men’s and Women’s Cross Country National Championships. FloSports also provides live and on-demand coverage of more than 1,000 non-televised Big Ten Conference events annually, as well as live events from the Big 12 Conference and other intercollegiate competitions.
