SVGW Announces Networking Lunch at NAB 2019, Mentoring Opportunity in NYC

SVGW, SVG’s networking group for women in sports production, is pleased to announce several networking opportunities over the next few months, including the group’s annual networking lunch at the NAB Show in Las Vegas, a networking event at the SVG College Summit in Atlanta, and a special Women in Sports mentoring event in New York City.

The SVGW Networking Lunch at NAB has become a show staple for women in sports production to gather, network, and learn from a leading executive in the sports-technology industry. This year’s lunch, sponsored by Filmwerks, will feature a Keynote Conversation with Dr. Glodina Connan-Lostanlen, Imagine Communications, SVP and GM Americas.

Women in Sports: Take the Field Mentoring Event, April 17
SVGW is excited to partner with Cutter Connections and Syracuse University’s Newhouse School on a Women in Sports Mentoring Event on Wednesday, April 17, in New York City. The event will connect women working in the sports-media industry with aspiring young women who are interested in pursuing careers in sports media and production for an evening of networking and light refreshments.

SVGW will return to the SVG College Summit — SVG’s annual conference for college-sports-video professionals — with a networking event for women in the college-sports-video industry.
