YES Network Takes Home 13 Trophies at the 62nd Annual New York Emmy Awards

The YES Network won 13 New York Emmy Awards, tied for its most ever, at the 62nd annual New York Emmy Awards dinner Saturday, giving the network 118 Emmys since its 2002 launch. YES also won 13 Emmys in 2014 and in 2009. YES’ 13 wins Saturday were the most of any New York-based regional sports network this year.
The network’s Brooklyn Nets coverage won for best live/unedited sports series on Saturday, YES took home the Technical Achievement award and it also nabbed two Emmys for its promotional work.
“These 13 Emmys are reflective of the breadth and depth of talent in front of and behind the camera at the YES Network,” said John J. Filippelli, President, Production and Programming, YES Network. “Nearly every applicable category is represented among these 13 wins, which is a testament to the incredible talent, work ethic and teamwork displayed at all levels at YES.
