Artel Video Systems Updates Customers During Coronavirus Pandemic

Artel Video Systems is updating customers on their business plans amid the coronavirus pandemic:

As the outbreak of COVID-19 (coronavirus) continues to spread across the globe, we wanted to update you on the actions we are taking here at Artel Video Systems Corporation (Artel).

The health and safety of our employees, customers, families and community, above all, are our main concern. On a continual basis we are sharing the latest information and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) with our employees. Here are some of the actions we have taken:

Employees and onsite support:

• We have instituted a mandatory work from home if the job allows it.
• Employees needing to go into the office for any reason are asked to take all the advised precautions including social distancing and good hygiene. We advise going in after normal business hours to minimize contact with others.
• We are banning non-employees from the building, except for our janitorial service, who is focused on disinfection and sanitation.

Sales, Field Engineering, Technical Support and Professional Services:

• Our support channels will continue to be accessible, online, email, and via +1 978-263-5775.
• Currently there is no impact on processing time of support tickets.
• We are committed to providing prompt and best-in-class support to all our customers.
• As always, our Sales Team is available by phone and email.

Orders, Shipments and Production Team:

• Our Production Team is following CDC recommendations for social distancing and we are providing protective gear and sanitation products as well as body temperature testing equipment.
• Any employee who is not feeling well is not permitted in the facility.
• We are working closely with our contract manufacturers and other suppliers to minimize shipping delays

We remain committed to all customers and partners using Artel solutions. We will continue our focus on providing you the high level of services and support we’re known for, while ensuring the health and wellbeing of our employees and everyone we work with.
