Our Jason Dachman sat down with Ben Davenport, portfolio manager, Arvato Systems, about the company’s efforts.
Davenport takes a look at VPMS EditMate – Arvato’s PAM for Adobe Premiere Pro – and how it’s helping customers at this challenging time. The product, which launched at NAB 2019, allows users to add a MPEG-Dash-based streaming server so they can stream content from a central location directly into the editor. As a result, a editor located remotely can have the experience of working with full-res content rather than proxies.
