Partnerships with XOS Technologies Pay Dividends for Daytona Winners

XOS Technologies today extended a congratulations to its Daytona 500-winning motorsports partners, Richard Childress Racing (RCR) and Ginn Racing, after both teams had cars finish in the top three positions for the championship race on Sunday, Feb. 18.

XOS launched its Pit Coach Station over the summer of 2006, and the first cars to use the digital video-editing solution included:

The No. 29 Shell Chevrolet driven by Kevin Harvick

The No. 31 Cingular Chevrolet driven by Jeff Burton

The No. 01 U.S. Army Chevrolet formerly driven by Joe Nemecheck (Now Mark Martin)

The XOS Pit Coach Station enables RCR and Ginn pit crews to digitally record pit-stop action from multiple camera angles, archive footage and analyze real-time data to enhance performance. The two NASCAR teams used the system for real-time pit-crew action, both during the preseason and during the Daytona 500, to help make the entire process more efficient.
