license to use Command Audio’s patented personal-video-recorder technology in
all of its digital-video-recorder set-tops.
Financial terms of the
agreement were not disclosed.
Command Audio previously
licensed its patents and technology to companies including Motorola, ReplayTV,
Sony, XM Satellite Radio and iBiquity Digital’s HD Radio.
SA became part of Cisco
Systems in February.
