Fox Sports International Promotes Programming Standouts

Fox Sports
International (FSI) announced the promotion of Frank Uddo to Vice President of
Programming and Acquisitions for Fox Soccer Channel, Fox Sports en Espanol, and
Fox Sports Latin America. Marvin Zepeda was also promoted to Director of
Programming for Fox Sports Latin America, Northern Cone; while Joshua Glassel
moved up to Programming Director for Fox Soccer Channel and Fox Sports en
Espanol. Frank will continue to report to Dermot McQuarrie, Assistant General
Manager and Senior Vice President of Programming and Production for FSI, while
Marvin and Joshua will report to Frank.

“Frank,
Marvin and Joshua have made major contributions to FSI’s programming department
and I am delighted to be able to recognize their valuable input with these
promotions. Their dedication to FSI has been instrumental in securing long term
rights agreements that include until 2010 the Barclay’s English Premier League,
Major League Soccer, the InterLiga(TM) Tournament, Italian Serie A, and Major
League Baseball through 2013. These deals solidify FSI as the leader in soccer
and baseball programming for years to come. More importantly, these major
advancements position FSI to continue to deliver to our loyal English- and
Spanish-speaking viewers the best in live sports programming or on VOD,”
said McQuarrie.

In his new
role, Uddo assumes responsibility for the general management and day-to-day
operations of FSI’s programming department, including scheduling and VOD, as
well as for strategic acquisitions for Fox Soccer Channel, Fox Sports en
Espanol, and for the Northern Cone operations of Fox Sports Latin America. A
seven year veteran of FSI, Uddo most recently served as Director of Programming
Acquisitions.

Zepeda
will be responsible for all day-to-day scheduling for Fox Sports Latin America
throughout the Northern Cone; Glassel will assume scheduling responsibilities
for Fox Soccer Channel and Fox Sports en Espanol. Zepeda joined FSI 12 years
ago, while Glassel is now entering his 10th year at Fox.
