Pistons To Host Palacevision For Game Six Of Eastern Conference Finals

The
Detroit Pistons will open the doors to The Palace this Saturday, June 2 and are
encouraging fans to come out and watch crucial Game 6 of the Eastern Conference
Finals versus the Cleveland Cavaliers on the giant PalaceVision screens. Game
time is 8:30 p.m. and doors will open at 7 p.m.
Parking at
The Palace is FREE and there will be a general admission charge of $5 to get
in. Proceeds from the general admission tickets will go to the SportsAbility
Program of the
Detroit
Medical
Center’s
Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan which provides persons with disabilities
an opportunity to participate in competitive and recreational sports in the
city of
Detroit.
During
last year’s playoff run, the Pistons raised more than $50,000 for charity with
proceeds from its PalaceVision events.
Tickets
are on sale now at Pistons.com, The Palace Box Office and at all Ticketmaster
centers.
The
experience of a live Pistons game will be highlighted during the PalaceVision
presentation including appearances by Hooper the Pistons mascot and the
Automotion dance team. Face-painting and sign-making will be available.
