LaSalle Bank Donates Scoreboard to Detroit Community

Bank and the Clark Park Coalition will host a community celebration at
Clark
Park
on
June 7 to
dedicate the new, state-of-the-art
Clark
Park scoreboard. The event,
which will feature free food and refreshments, entertainment, face painting,
prizes and more, will run from 3:30 to 6 p.m. The formal dedication ceremony
will begin at 5 p.m.
The new
multi-sport scoreboard was donated by LaSalle Bank. The scoreboard is 18′ x 8′,
fully digital and remote with LED lighting and is strategically set on the
Scotten Street side
of the park to serve all fields of play.
Historic
Clark
Park is located on a 30-acre site at the intersection
of I- 75 and
Clark Street
in
Southwest Detroit. The park serves more
than 100,000 people annually and offers a wide variety of quality recreational,
educational and social-skills programs for youth of all ages.
