XOS Guest Management Solution Proliferates Across the Country
Story Highlights
XOS
Technologies, Inc. announced its most recent guest management partnerships with
the University of South Florida (USF), North Carolina State University (NCSU),
the University of Akron (UA) and the University of Georgia (UGA).
The
University of
Georgia,
North Carolina
State,
the
University of
Akron and the
University of
South Florida
currently partner with XOS for a variety of digital media offerings, and now
have added guest and donor management to their technology arsenals.
With XOS Guest Management these schools now are empowered to:
Create electronic team rosters with secure logins for athletes, coaches,
administrators and recruits
Create sign-up periods including a lockout time for each athletic event, to
control guest access to specific game lists
Automatically inform users via e-mail about pass confirmation for their
individual guests once a specific event’s sign-up period has ended (The system
permanently stores contact information for all parties)
Auto-allocate tickets for an entire pass list (If integrated with XOS Total
Ticketing system)
Access a portable guest management module, any time and from anywhere with
Internet access
“The XOS Guest Management platform is really taking off now and we’re pleased
to expand four valued partners’ offerings, bringing each school closer to a
total 360˙ solution,” said Nada Usina, XOS Network President.
“Many teams are opting to implement the entire Network platform that includes an official athletics Web site, online ticketing, donor
management and guest management to provide a comprehensive, streamlined
solution. Gone are the days of using outdated procedures that require hardcopy
transactions. We’re living in a digital, broadband world now and it’s
imperative that teams reflect this fact to strengthen confidence with fans and
donors.”
In addition to XOS Guest Management, UGA, NCSU, USF and UA host their official
athletics Web sites (www.georgiadogs.com, www.gopack.com, www.gousfbulls.com,
and www.gozips.com) on the XOS Network of more than 150 sports sites. XOS
empowers each school to offer a wide variety of interactive fan features to
generate new revenue to reinvest back into their athletics teams. NCSU also has its Wolfpack Club’s
official Web site as part of the XOS Network (www.wolfpackclub.com), and
currently leverages the XOS Donor Management module.
XOS Network also provides UGA with a branded broadband video channel called
“GXtra.” In addition, the Bulldogs use XOS digital video-editing
solutions for the school’s football, soccer and softball teams. Plus, the
school currently uses XOS Facilities Design & Integration (FDI) services
for its football and soccer teams.
“We look forward to implementing the XOS Guest Management module for our
student-athletes use this year,” said Eric Baumgartner, Assistant Athletic
Director for Compliance,
University
of
Georgia.
“The ease and simplicity of designating complimentary admissions to
our student-athletes guests will be a great benefit to our
student-athletes.”
Similarly, USF’s football team also partners with XOS Coaching Solutions for
its digital video-editing system. Plus, in addition to the XOS Guest
Management module, USF will implement the XOS Donor Management solution for a
more comprehensive “360 approach” within its box office.
“The XOS Donor Management system is going to make life so much easier for
our valued donors and box office staff alike,” said Vicki Mitchell,
Associate Athletic Director for Development,
University of South
Florida.
“After learning about the multiple benefits that this system has to offer, we’re extremely excited to expand our XOS offerings to
bring donor management on board.”
