Outdoor Channel and PRADCO Outdoor Brands Announce Programming & Advertising Partnership



leader in outdoor TV announced today an affinity agreement with Commonwealth
Productions, the television subsidiary and supplier of outdoor equipment,
PRADCO Outdoor Brands. Per the agreement, PRADCO plans to expand programming
and advertising with Outdoor Channel beginning July 2007 through 2008.

Shows will
secure prominent, primetime scheduling commitments to maximize viewership to
benefit Outdoor Channel and PRADCO Outdoor Brands. Currently, Outdoor Channel
airs two popular PRADCO-produced titles, “Knight& Hale’s Ultimate
Hunting,” and “Rebel’s People Who Fish.” Beginning in the third
and fourth quarters of 2007, Outdoor Channel will add PRADCO’s “Summit’s
High Places” and “Knight Rifles’ Born To Hunt” to their line up,
with new entry “Bluewater Adventures” joining the mix in January
2008, bringing the total to five programs. “Outdoor Channel has long been
a formidable force in the world of outdoor programming,” said General
Manager and Vice-President of PRADCO Outdoor Brands John Woller, Jr. “This
opportunity allows us to reach more avid hunters and anglers than ever before.
Pairing with Outdoor Channel further establishes PRADCO’s presence in the
outdoor marketplace.”
