Bank of America launches All-Star opportunities in San Francisco

Bank
of America, the Official Bank of Major League Baseball, announced a
month-long campaign that will enable fans to get close to all the action during
2007 All-Star Week in San Francisco, California.

“The Major League Baseball All-Star Game is an electrifying celebration of
our national pastime, and truly a unique event for fans both young and
old,” said Steve Silvestri, San Francisco market president, Bank of
America. “As proud sponsor of Major League Baseball, Bank of America is
proud to provide fans with opportunities to connect to the game and share in
the tradition of the Midsummer Classic.”

In the month leading up to the All-Star Game, Bank of America will support a
series of activities and special events to engage fans, delight customers and
support the

Bank of America All-Star Opportunity Tuesday

For four consecutive Tuesdays starting on June 12, 2007, San Francisco area
residents can take part in the Bank of America All-Star Opportunity Tuesday
program. At eight select banking centers, fans that open a new Bank of America
checking account on one of the

Tuesdays will receive two tickets to DHL All-Star FanFest. Fans over the age of
18 can also enter a random drawing for a chance to win a pair of tickets to MLB
All-Star Week. There is no purchase necessary to enter the sweepstakes. Fans
can obtain the official sweepstakes rules or enter on the following dates at
the following banking center locations.

Home Run Derby Wishes Fulfilled

Bank of America also is teaming up with Major League Baseball to fulfill the
dreams of four San Francisco youths. The area youths will have the
once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to serve as official “Ball Shaggers”
during the 2007 All-Star Home Run Derby, catching fly balls and line drives
from their Major League Baseball heroes.

Recognizing that tomorrow’s All-Stars are today’s young people, Bank of America
is partnering with Major League Baseball and the San Francisco Giants to
conduct a youth baseball clinic near

Park on Thursday, July 5.
Legendary former Major League Baseball players and All-Stars will provide
instruction to dozens of young athletes. All youths in attendance will receive
autographs from the MLB legends, a tour of
