Corus Québec Named French-Language Radio Partner for Vancouver 2010

Canada’s Olympic Broadcast Media Consortium named Corus Québec as its French-language radio partner for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games, joining English-language radio partner Rogers Radio.
Corus Québec will deliver exclusive French radio coverage of the Games on 10 French-language stations across the province, including pre-Olympics programming and live events, on-site reports, and news updates from the Games.
The company will also have access to simulcast on radio all Games-related content from TQS, RDS and RIS Info Sports, including gold-medal events and interviews with athletes, as well as access to network talent and Olympic athletes.
Corus Québec’s French-language Olympic Games coverage will be led by flagship all-sports station CKAC Sports in Montreal, and its other stations are Montreal’s 96.9 CKOI, 98.5 FM, and Info690; Quebec’s 102.9 FM; Lévis’s 102.1 FM; Outaouais’s 104.7 FM; Saguenay’s 98.3 FM; Sherbrooke’s 102.1 CKOY; and Trois-Rivières’s 106.9 FM.
