Job Posting: Contract Faculty Opening – Telecommunications, Ball State University

The Ball State University Department of
Telecommunications seeks applications for a 9-month contract faculty
opening. This person will oversee
SportsLink doing live and tape-delayed sports broadcasting in Central Indiana
working directly with students. This
position begins August 17, 2009.

Minimum qualifications: bachelor’s
degree; proven experience in production, video shooting and editing, audio work
and the ability to demonstrate remote production work.
Preferred
qualifications: graduate degree; years
of experience working sports remotes either as a freelancer or full-time
position.

and 23 full-time faculty, the Department of Telecommunications has a distinguished
regional and growing national reputation and is part of the College of
Communication, Information, and Media, the ninth-largest college of
communication in the nation.
