New IPTV Service Vía América Taps Genesis Networks

Vía América—a new IPTV service that brings 14 live TV channels and video-on-demand fare from Latin America to the United Kingdom via Miami—will use a fully managed transmission solution from Genesis Networks.

The service’s content is originated and assembled in Miami, and then transmitted to London over Genesis’s global IP network, where hosting and administration of the IPTV service is located.

Genesis’s fiber infrastructure stretches across 60 cities in five continents.
