Switzerland’s Tele Südostschweiz Installs Studer OnAir 3000 Console

Tele Südostschweiz, a TV programmer located in southeastern Switzerland, installed a Studer OnAir 3000 console in its broadcast-control room to help manage its nine HD cameras for newscasts, weather reports and talk shows.

The Studer OnAir 3000 is operating with 12 faders in the main control room, taking programs produced and provided by affiliate TV stations and transcoding them via satellite or file-exchange.

Finalized programs are then filed into the broadcast system, fed to cable provider Cablecom, which is located in Chur, and distributed to cable networks throughout the entire southeast corner of Switzerland.

Studer is a unit of Harman International Industries.
