NASCAR Speedway Capacities Shrink as Attendance Drops

As attendance for NASCAR races continues to drop, superspeedways from around the country have begun to reduce their capacities.  Among the biggest reductions are Daytona International Speedway (168,000 to 146,000) and Phoenix International Raceway, which dropped by 20,000 seats.
