NAB Preview: Tightrope To Display Zeplay Instant Replay

Tightrope Media Systems will present Zeplay at NAB, a lightning-fast instant-replay system for sports and ISO recording. Zeplay features four channels of 100-Mbps recording and four channels of 100-Mbps playback simultaneously. Each Zeplay system comes in a single 4RU chassis with a dedicated controller. Zeplay features 4:2:2 frame-blended slow-motion video at up to 100 Mbps per channel and a built-in multiviewer that saves space and keeps your eyes on the action. It is available in SD, HD, or an SD model that is field-upgradeable to HD. Features include  frame-blended I-frame recording for super-smooth slow motion; support for 480i, 720p, and 1080i; 200% to +200% playback; an included dedicated controller; MPEG-2 I-frame encoding, 50-Mbps SD, 100-Mbps HD; 20-plus hours of storage per channel; and GPI interface with macro programming.
