Programming Preview: CBS Sports To Air Inaugural College Home Run Derby

CBS Sports will air the first ever TD Ameritrade College Home Run Derby on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET. The event was originally taped on July 7 at the historic Rosenblatt Stadium in Omaha, NE.  The festivities are highlighted by Fresno State’s Jordan Ribera and Siena College’s Dan Paolini, along with eight of the premier sluggers in college baseball from colleges around the country. On Monday at 9 p.m., CBS College Sports Network will debut K-State Confidential, an hour documentary chronicling 2010 Men’s NCAA Basketball Tournament run to the elite eight.  K-State Confidential features exclusive, behind-the-scenes access with the Wildcats on-and-off the court.Kansas State’s. CBS College Sports Network was embedded with Kansas State from Selection Sunday through the Wildcats Elite Eight loss to Butler.  The Network’s cameras captured several intimate team moments during the Wildcats journey, including Coach Frank Martin’s locker room speeches, film sessions, team bus rides, and guard Chris Merriewether’s emotional locker room embrace of his teammates for backing him up after a foul he committed against Xavier.
