Alpha Video Adds Lundblad, Nolan to Team

Responding to the rapid growth in sales of its video systems, Alpha Video has hired Kurt Lundblad as senior broadcast engineer and Matthew Nolan as digital signage project manager.

Relocating from California to Minnesota, Kurt Lundblad brings his nationally-recognized broadcast expertise to Alpha Video. During his 20-plus years as a Broadcast Engineer, Kurt has worked at Fox Networks, Sony Systems Integration and Ascent media. He has designed and installed numerous systems at TV stations and broadcast facilities around the country. Kurt’s extensive knowledge in designing and integrating broadcast systems enhances Alpha’s engineering capacity to support the Broadcast Systems Group and the Sports and Entertainment Group.

Matthew Nolan joins Alpha Video as a project manager after managing the nation-wide deployment of Information Technology systems at Bailiwick Data Systems. His background also includes AV support at the Adler Planetarium and Astronomy Museum. At Alpha Video, he will be managing the installation of CastNET digital signage systems. CastNET is the digital signage software developed and managed by Alpha Video.

Stan Stanek, President and CEO of Alpha Video, says, “One of the reasons that Alpha Video has been successful is that we’ve been able to hire experienced and knowledgeable engineers and technicians. Our customers come to us when they have a challenging video integration such as a large digital signage installation at a casino in Italy or the installation of an HD video system at Fenway Park in Boston. They know that we have the engineering and project management expertise to successfully design and install these complex audio and video systems on time and under budget.”
