3D Biz Report: Awareness Is Up, More 3D Projects Planned

The 3D business is booming, according to Digital Entertainment Group. The Hollywood-based trade group reports that consumer awareness of 3D TVs has risen to more than 80% and awareness of Blu-Ray players has risen to more than 60% since March. In addition, 30% of the televisions sold during this year’s holiday season are expected to be 3D-capable, according to the study.
