NAB 2011: Signiant To Show Highly Secure Browser, New CDM Version

The Media Exchange (MX) highly secure browser-based application from Signiant enables IT and non-IT managers and staff to send content bigger than e-mail can handle. MX project files can be moved across a WAN, DSL, or cable, and new notification features allow users to track workflow benchmarks, confirmations, and alerts for other departments, such as accounting and finance. At the NAB Show, Signiant will also be demonstrating version 9.0 of its CDM content-distribution-management system, which includes two new software modules. Delivery of assets can be prioritized based on such attributes as revenue, margins, service-level requirements, and news deadlines with either automated or manual delivery to B2B partners or to buyers and can match internal business rules and workflows. Additionally, version 9.0 expands integration with directory systems using enterprise-level authentication servers, enhancing security and allowing Signiant to be used by tens of thousands of employees within an organization.
