NAB 2011: Elemental Technologies To Exhibit Encoding for Streaming

Elemental Technologies provides parallel video-processing solutions intended to help content programmers, service providers, and broadcasters deliver video to any screen at any time — all at once.

At the NAB Show in April, Elemental Technologies will showcase its Elemental Live video-processing and encoding system, which delivers adaptive-bitrate streams to media platforms using Adobe Dynamic Streaming, Microsoft Smooth Streaming, and Apple HTTP Live Streaming protocols.

Also on display will be the Elemental Server, a file-based video-processing and transcoding system that simultaneously formats multiscreen content for popular devices, including the iPhone, iPad, Android, Boxee, and PS3 as well as traditional set-top boxes.
