3D Biz Report: 15 Million 3DTVs in US Homes by 2012

According to the 3D Biz Report, nearly 15 million U.S. homes will own a 3DTV by the end of the year. This report comes in anticipation of Wimbledon finals this summer, which will be captured in 3D and screened live at 3D-capable cinemas around the world. Produced by Sony in partnership with the BBC, the production will also be offered to interested global broadcasters.
