Creative Technology Group Puts Focus on Fujinon

Creative Technology Group, a leading international supplier of specialist audio/visual equipment for the rental and staging of large corporate events, concerts, and televised sports and entertainment programming, purchased 10 Fujinon ZA17x7.6BERD-S HD ENG lenses.  The 10 Fujinon lenses were purchased along with 10 new Grass Valley LDK-3000 multi-format HD cameras to support the demand for affordable, high-quality HD acquisition by the firm’s growing clientele.

Since the new equipment went into service, the Grass Valley LDK-3000 cameras and Fujinon ZA17x7.6 HD ENG lenses have already been used for HD video production at several high-profile events, including recent Dave Matthews Band concerts, auto shows, and special events at the 2011 International CES Show, in Las Vegas, NV.  Creative Technology plans to deploy the 10 new camera packages to a variety of corporate, sales, and tradeshow events being held all over the world.

The Fujinon ZA17x7.6BERD-S HD ENG lens and other models in Fujinon’s ZA Select HD Series feature the DIGI POWER digital servo control system and advanced QUICKZOOM performance.  This compact, cost-effective, 2/3-inch lens has a focal length of 7.6 at the wide end and 130mm at the telephoto end; with a 2X extender.  It also offers a maximum relative aperture is 1:1.8 for 7.6 through 102mm, and 1:2.3 at 130mm.
