JVC Adds 24-In. LCD Monitor to G Series

JVC Professional Products, a division of JVC Americas, has announced the DT-V24G11Z 24-in. LCD monitor, the newest addition to its Vérité G Series of professional LCD monitors. With 10-bit 1080p processing and less than one frame of latency, the DT-V24G11Z delivers outstanding picture quality that is ideal for critical image evaluation in studios, mobile-production units, and post facilities.

The DT-V24G11Z features 3G/dual-link HD/SD-SDI input for monitoring of 1080p/60 signals, plus component and composite inputs to accommodate legacy equipment and DVI-D input for Blu-ray playback. A new native 1920×1200 LCD panel offers a 178-degree viewing angle with minimal color change from different angles. The DT-V24G11Z provides 1:1 monitoring of 1920×1080 signals while providing metering and status above or below the active picture area, and a menu setting allows 4:3 images to use the full 1,200-vertical-pixel screen area for larger SD display.
