Ron Hacker Named Key Accounts Manager for Joseph Electronics

Specialty Broadcast Distributor Joseph Electronics has annouced the selection of Ron Hacker of REI Enterprises as Key Accounts Manager to serve and support Time Warner entities nationwide.

Ron will be overseeing the transition from former sales representative Debara Aaron of IBS-Custom and provide this business partner with the required technical service, support, and solutions.

His broadcast industry experience includes serving as a manager of field engineering during the initial global expansion of CNN, covering major news events like the South African Presidential election of Nelson Mandela and Gorbachev’s Summit with both President Reagan and Bush.

Ron, who served as a Naval senior chief and retired after a 20-year career, served as an instructor of electronics, communications, and ground to air radar at Great Lakes Naval Academy.

He went on to become the A/V maintenance supervisor for the White House Communications Agency, traveling and covering world venues under both President Carter and Reagan.

At ABC Network, Ron served as manager of ENG/EFD remote operations and general manager of the whole department, providing technical oversight for shows such as Good Morning America, 20/20, and countless special events.

During his past six-year association with Joseph Electronics, he has displayed the talent, knowledge, and experience to provide world-class technical solutions, support, and service to Time Warner.
